CBD Recovery Smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice (almond, peanut, sunflower seed butter)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons Pure Hemp CBD vanilla protein powder
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add chocolate chips as a topping if desired. Enjoy!
