Delta 8 - Shipping Policy
Pure Hemp CBD retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill.
Due to Delta-THC 8 either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, these products do not ship to the following states:
Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Michigan, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky, New York, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
What Happens If Accidentally Put Down The Wrong Address?
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will attempt to update your delivery address if your item has not been dispatched.
Public/Shared Addresses
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and we will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
