CBD Banana Oatmeal Protein Smoothie


  • 1/4 cups of oatmeal 
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 teaspoon of honey 
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon 
  • 1 scoop of Pure Hemp CBD Protein Powder


  • Add banana, rolled oats, Greek yogurt and almond milk into a blender and start out on a low setting before getting up to top blending speed.  
  • Add honey, cinnamon and CBD oil and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds or until fully incorporated.
  • Total blend time is usually between 30 to 60 seconds, or until smooth. Enjoy!
