Pure Hemp CBD
CBD Banana Oatmeal Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 scoop of Pure Hemp CBD Protein Powder
Instructions:

Add banana, rolled oats, Greek yogurt and almond milk into a blender and start out on a low setting before getting up to top blending speed.
- Add honey, cinnamon and CBD oil and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds or until fully incorporated.
- Total blend time is usually between 30 to 60 seconds, or until smooth. Enjoy!
