Pure Hemp CBD is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country. Please note you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
Delta- Shipping Policy
Pure Hemp CBD retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to Delta-THC 8 either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product does not ship to the following states:
Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Michigan, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky, New York, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
What Happens If Accidentally Put Down The Wrong Address?
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will attempt to update your delivery address if your item has not been dispatched.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently available worldwide except Canada. Delivery times vary from country to country.
Pure Hemp CBD is NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by border government or customs agents.

Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order.
All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
Public/Shared Addresses
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and we will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
