4 cups water 2/3 cup soy sauce.
1 tablespoon cornstarch. 2 cups white rice.
1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger.

4 tablespoon chili oil 1 green pepper/onion
1 head broccoli 1 cup carrots
2 tablespoon sesame oil 3 chicken breast halves
Step 1: Combine the cornstarch, brown sugar, red pepper, ginger, and garlic into a big ziploc bag. USe it as your marinade. Add the chicken and toss it in the fridge for as little as 15 minutes, the longer the better!
Step 2: Add the sesame oil to a medium-heated skillet. Cook up the veggies for five to seven minutes then set them aside. Get your rice boiling as well.
Step 3: Add the other tablespoon of sesame oil and begin cooking the chicken on medium-high heat. Keep the marinade! Cook about 2 minutes per side. Then add the veggies and the marinade to the mix. Boil everything, about 8 more minutes should cook the chicken through. Now you want to add the CBD chili oil, as much or as little as you want.
